In order to register with Treasure you must supply a valid email address, which will be used as a unique identifier for your account. You are solely responsible for any data, text, graphics, messages, or other content which is transmitted, posted, or distributed by you through our service, including but not limited to the contents of your information and nation information. All Content posted by you is your sole responsibility. While we have attempted, in good faith, to ensure the information presented here is accurate, there may be technical and factual inaccuracies or errors in the information presented. In particular, you should be aware that information on this site may be out-of-date. Treasure does not guarantee connectivity. All account information provided by the player to Treasure will be kept confidential, unless doing so violates the law. As a user of this site you agree not to damage, modify, interfere with, disrupt or destroy the files, data, passwords, devices or resources that belong to Treasure or do anything that compromises the security and/or stability of the site. You agree that you will not abuse the server in any way. This includes, but is not limited to DOS/DDOS/packeting, unreasonable refreshing of pages, and invalid/broken commands to server. You agree that you will not play the game in a way it is not meant to be played, including the use of scripts, bots, multiple accounts, or exploiting bugs. As a user of this site you agree not to be defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, offensive, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable in any way. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: No intellectual property rights are created by the use of this site. We retain all intellectual property rights. INACTIVITY: In an effort to keep game play fun for the active players, you state that if you do not log into your account at least once every twenty (20) days you have quit the game, and your game data may be deleted, as it is no longer needed. SERVICES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Use of the Services is void where prohibited. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. USER GENERATED CONTENT: Portions of the game site allow users an opportunity to post and/or exchange information, ideas, and opinions in chat, message boards, signatures and player profiles. Please be advised that postings do not necessarily reflect the views of Treasure. Although we intermittently observe exchanged and posted information, in no event does Treasure believe or have any responsibility or liability for any postings by any player, damages or losses resulting from their use and/or appearance on or in conjunction with this site. Players remain solely responsible for the content of their messages and postings. However, Treasure reserves the right to edit or delete any player created content that violates these Terms and Conditions, as well as revoke the privileges of any player who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. MISCELLANEOUS: Players agree not to interfere with site operation and page content, through use of software or other means. Players agree to follow the game rules and understand that violation of the game rules will result in punishment. This is the entire agreement between you and the Treasure game site relating to the subject matter it contains. This agreement may be modified only by our posting of changes to these terms and conditions. Account sitting - the act of logging into another's account to manage their account - is not permitted. Multiple accounts being played by the same player is not allowed, and if suspected all account will be locked and flagged for deletion. As a user of this site, you agree to not play more than one account, and agree that if found to be in violation of this rule you agree to have your account information deleted and your account blocked. As a user of this site, you agree to report any violations of these terms by any member, including yourself.
